ord dic: where some one get elected un opposed because no one will dare oppose them.
lame duck some one gave an example here but I had some one else on my mind. Anyway , you are not far from the idea.

Military Dictator, OK give you that one.
Ordinary/Elected/ Democratic Dictator - that's a politician!
Tribal Dictator - this would be a chief of the tribe a guess? How does he get to his position?
Lame Duck Dictator - then who is the power behind the dictator, who dictates to the dictator
Exiled Dictator - if exiled he is no longer a dictator.
So in reality you only have one real dictator in the whole list - being the first military Dictator.
