Same here... I don't want to get up in the mornings. I don't want to brush my teeth, I don't want to eat. I don't want to read, watch TV, or anything! I feel like running away from everyone and everything I know, and at the same time I feel like I want to take an axe and chop down a whole forest to get rid of the frustration! hang in there.. you may feel that way right now but believe me in due time you'll recover and be alright, just don't ruin your life specially because of what happened coz you'll surely regret it in the future. no one ever said it will be easy anyway.

you are completely ruined until your next love comes along. then you will feel complete,happy, etc. and when that love goes away then you'll be ruined again. and so it goes.

no exactly. if we are able to learn to love and find peace with ourselves, ground ourselves with His words - that leads to mentally, physically and spiritually strong to be able to go through any 'storms' in our lives.
