Anybody need some free hospital beds?
A nursing home in Buffalo Grove, IL is going to scrap some old fashioned, crank style hospital beds. They are going to throw them away, and I think someone could use them. The trick is to find out who wants them, and how to get them there. Chicago Metro area only please, I cannot afford to ship these.

Try contacting your local Red Cross they might beable to use them or know of somone who could

you can list a free listing under the 'free' section at craigslist.com. make sure you are in the chicago area when you list it.
it's a great site for people to recycle usable items. in the listing make sure you put 'pick up' only.
the only problem is that there are so many listings that you may have to relist it everyother day [doesn't take long ir you copy and save it] because it scrolls down with each new listing.
