on my dell laptop inspiron e1705, what needs to be set so i can scroll down on my touchpad?
i never knew i even had this capability, but a friend's computer does it and i cant't figure out what i need to set so i can do it too.

Hi there,
Go to windows' control panel and open the "mouse" icon. Then select the appropriate option from the ones that are offered to you. If the option is not present in your Control Panel, you may need to install extra drivers from Dell's website ( http://www.dell.com/ , select support -> drivers ).
