I'm a Filipina and my boyfriend is American. What are the requirements if we plan to get married in Guam?

    I'm an American w/ a Filipino wife...I suggest if you want citizenship in the states to get your marriage license stateside if possible...if not your red tape process could be more entailed....believe me...w/ FBI regulations being what they are after 911 it is a slow process even for my wife and I...good luck...

    you'll have to research on Guam, see what their marriage law requires. what documentation do foreigners need to get married there.
