In order to tone muscle, you have to build it first. If you don't have a gym membership you can try push ups, and maybe get just one pair of free weights. If you do have a gym membership there are all sorts of exercises you can do to build muscle. And don't be a dumb girl and tell me that you don't want to get bulky and huge like a body builder. You'd have to use steroids and be INSANE in the gym to get big.

Get a pair of light dumbbells and do curls for biceps and extensions for triceps.

Preacher curls and skull crushers. But change your routine every six weeks, and don't neglect your other muscle groups.

the best wat to do it i have found is to get a small set of weights and just take it easy when you watch tv then start with them on your knee and lift them to your chest and back and just continue doing that, so this means while you watch your fav tv program you can sit and do that too, is that any use reply to sutherland950@btinternet.com and let me know, from adam x
