If you bought it brand new it should have come with a charger - go back to the store with it.
Phone B&D's toll free 1-800 number and order the part but you need to know the part number - consult paperwork that came with drill.

This is the company I use to purchase 50% of my tools and accessories. They carry a large assortment of both stationary and had tools as well as accessories. Even a large selection of rebuilt tools. Much cheaper then buying a new drill.

buy a charger and plug it in
