Has anyone had success losing weight by eating intuitively?
I've heard great things about eating intuitively, that is, eating only when you're hungry and stopping when you feel full.
Has anyone lost a good amount of weight eating this way?

Mmmm....no. Because my body tells me it wants sugars and carbs all the time, and rarely has a craving for protein. If I listened to my body I'd be a fatas*. I've got to force myself to get enough protein and eat healthy, because donuts are ALWAYS going to sound better to me than lean chicken breast.

I used to be a good deal heavier than I am now. By eating only when I'm hungry and only small portions at a time I got my weight down and have managed to keep it off for years.
Exercise is also important as it burns the fat and builds your muscle. You might want to take a look at my life exercise story at http://healthfitness.this-info.com/ and make sure you pick up a free fat burning ebook from the link on the page.
