Can you give 10 good reasons why America is the best nation in the history of humanity?

I can. The following reasons are my own opinion and are not necessarily proven to be true.

1)It is the longest lasting democracy "in the history of civilized humanity."
2)It has the oldest Constitution " ".
3)It is the most populated democracy " ".
4)It is the only government to successfully separate Church and State " ".
5)It has the most comprehensive and yet flexible Constitution and Bill of Rights " ".
6)It has one of the most, if not the most effective systems of checks and balances " ".
7)It offers more freedoms and protection of those freedoms than most or all governments " ".
8)It has more powerful and inspiring symbols , songs, and icons than any other nation " ".
9)It has both won and avoided more wars than any other nation in the time since its founding, and perhaps even more than any nation " ".
10)It has been and still is one of the most if not the most diverse and yet united nations " ".

Please no answers that our great freedom of speech was not designed to protect.

10)  Notice how many of your statements have conflicting terms.  I think this adds but takes away from your arguement.

So wasn't freedom of speech designed to protect my right to say this also.  Do I beleive everything I wrote, no, but I also do not agree with everything you wrote.  Fear blind patriotism it leads you to follow without question.  Remember there are other amazing countires in the world each one feels it is the best for different reasons.

America is a great nation,and some of what you have listed is correct but when you say" please no answers that our great freedom of speech was not designed to protect," I think you mean no answers the Political right don't agree with!!

I think the soul of what makes America great was witnessed the morning after 9/11. Other than being in combat, I doubt that most Americans have ever felt such a profound sense of patriotism. What makes America great is something intangible. Even in our darkest hours, that "sense" is indestructible - and defines who we are as a nation.

the ten good reasons you gave are all AMERICAN STANDARD good reasons. should we forced our standard of democracy on the rest of the world? by so doing, look at the mess we created ....... remember the shah of Iran ...... remember Iraq before and after ........ remember Nam and most of all remember Afghanistan (soviet occupation) we supported a group of FREEDOM FIGHTERS AND HEROES
