can you actually lose weight on the herbalife program? if so how did you do it?

    Annikaon. . . don't encourage the scarsdale diet or anything remotely w/ "diet" in the title. Don't you wonder why it is only two weeks and minimal/nonexistent exercise? Because you are only taking in approx. 1000cal. per day--which is NOT enough to fuel any exercise! There is no secret to losing weight. Just eat sensibly, in moderation, and Exercise, Exercise, and Exercise! Now THAT is a program worth passing on! Good luck Cindy!!

    You will probably lose a little, but as soon as you stop popping all those pills (trust me I've tried it and there are a LOT) you will most likely gain it all back and then some. Instead of a diet where you have to pay for your supplies (herbalife, nutrisystem, jenny craig, weight watchers), why don't you try the Scarsdale Medical Diet. This diet is absolutely free. You can get the diet plan online (just google Scarsdale Medical Diet) and it will give you a meal plan for one week straight. Instead of buying crappy microwave diet food, you will shop for your own food and in the meantime learn to eat healthier and maintain a healthy life-style. This diet lasts 2 weeks, and you can continue it after another 2 week break if you wish. I have had incredible results with this diet. My fav!! Good luck!

    What do you think? If anyone found a real weight loss product they would out do Bill Gates and be curing AIDS in Brooklyn somewhere. None of that stuff really works or it would be coming off the shelf like cheap liquid gold... save your money. Signed: A fat old man

    carry five grocery bags from the car to the kitchen and put the food away take out the trash wash the dishes and wipe down the kitchen counter
