What I wanted to know is what causes Psychosis in older patents after surgical procedures. Knee replacement then the patent kind of gos nuts does not act like they used to.

Body Image Disturbance is a threat to ones self esteem. Surgery may be traumatic for patients esp if its their first time.Without proper pschological support to these postraumatic clients they may have psychoses.
