As for the way he's acting... though I will admit that I look at pornography as well... I would NEVER think of tryin' to make my girlfriend like the women that are on them... if he truly loved you... it wouldn't matter what you looked like... (in my own opinion)... Let me be blunt. It is just plain stupid for you to have cosmetic surgery in order to improve his opinion of you. You will be disrepsecting yourself if you do that. If he doesn't love you as you are, dump him and move on.
