I really need help...?
I have virus in my PC and I can't even start the windows, so I did new setup for the windows and now I can open it. The big problem is all my files gone! I have 2 user on my pc, 1 is my own with password and the other one is for guest and no password. After i did the set up for the windows, I can only retrieve the files from the guest user but not my own. Is there anyway that I can get back all my files?? I've tried taking out the hard disk and connect it to other PC to retrieve the files but it won't open. Help me! There are important stuff in that PC that I really need and can't affrod to lose them. Can it be saved?

As much as I want to call the professional to fix my PC but they are going to cost me a bomb! So that will be my last option unless I really can't do it anymore. Anyway thanks Wise 1...any other suggestion? So you mean I can get back my files?

Call a proffecional who can do recovery well, by doing your self you would, loose all the data. Take your drive to a PC shop may be they can help you.

It Seems Strange U Couldn't Open Ur HardDisk externally.!
Please Check The Cable and The ((Master, Slave))...!
make urs as a Secondary Master.!
If Not Read...... Check The File System.!
When u setup up a new (Windows)...What was the FileSys Used.!
((( You said u setup a new Operating System... Did U format all in old version.... Is It The Same File System.!!!!! )))
Its Better ur HardDrive and the Other One Be The Same.!
If So.......!!!! U still have One More Option.!
Which is, While Booting ur System.!!!! Press F8 Till a Balck Screen With Nearly 11alternatives Shown that u can boot in(SAFE MODE) u click on it,Click on the version of ur Win... and then wait till a Strange screen like the one used ir ur original screen appears but graphically differs.!
Choose the UserName as Administrator.! (Don't LogIn with ur Nick Name)
and then the Windows will boot...!!!
From there...Try to get ur files back.!

Call the professionals. You would be amazed how much they can recover.

Just don't use it for anything else. You could over-write some of your files into illegibility, even with the best recovery tech out there.

i think u better to reinstall ur windows by using windows bootup disk. then u can create a new account
