This will be my first time meeting my in-laws and there will be a big celebration for my mom-in-law birthday...any idea what to get for her?

Some people can be so rude with handphone. SMSing, talking at dinner table, in the cinema...arghh! so irritating!

Do people really need to work 8 hours in a day? I really think it is not necessary as we have other things in life we need to focus on i.e. family, friends, hobbies/interest.

I just started working with this company about 4 months ago. I have no problem with everything and everyone else but my boss. She's really bad in communicating and conveying message. She didn't even know how to give order if she wants something. Her instruction always half way and she expect people to read her mind and understand what she really wants with the hanging sentence. When we try to say something she will scold us and tell us not to argue with her. We can't event defend ourselves when something goes wrong. She will just scream at us blindly. I really don't understand this kind of people.

Now, I was thinking of shifting job but I do not know whether will it look good on my CV as I only work here for 4 months.

Should I stay or should I go and look for a new job?

I'm married wth 1 kid (15 months). I have 2 situations that I don't know what should I do...hopefully i can get ur opinion in it so that I can make better decision.

1. I'm currently working with my good friend & her husband since August last year. Everything went well until January this year I've not gotten my salary until now. So, I've been going for interviews to find more secure job. I've been offered by one company & I'll be starting my new job in July. Problem is, how do I tell my good friend that I want to resign?There are only 3 of us working in the company and they fully depending on me. I don't have the heart to just leave them in this situation but I need to earn as well. Now we are coping up & there are some business coming in for the company, but still I need a secure job. How and what do i tell her?

2. I got 2 job offers, one base in the office and the other is flight attendant which I really want since I finished schooling. Which 1 should I take since I have a baby.

Yes, that's right..i'm too nice. People can just say whatever they want to me and i'll just take it. I can never be bold. Coz i don want to hurt their feelings. But it seems like they don't even care abt my feelings at all.

I wasn't THIS nice before. At least last time I still can voice out my points and put peoples' feeling aside..but now i can't. What actually happen to me? How can i be bold and firm and just say my points upfront? How do i get in touch with my inner *****?

I'm going for an interview next sunday for cabin crew position in one of the local airline in my country. What do i wear? and what do they normally ask the candidates to do during the interview. Any tips? Really want this job very badly!

I have virus in my PC and I can't even start the windows, so I did new setup for the windows and now I can open it. The big problem is all my files gone! I have 2 user on my pc, 1 is my own with password and the other one is for guest and no password. After i did the set up for the windows, I can only retrieve the files from the guest user but not my own. Is there anyway that I can get back all my files?? I've tried taking out the hard disk and connect it to other PC to retrieve the files but it won't open. Help me! There are important stuff in that PC that I really need and can't affrod to lose them. Can it be saved?

My husband is a very bad tempered person and swears alot. Whenever he's angry he will say all the bad words,sometimes even calling me names and it bothers me a lot!! I was raised in a very well mannered way. We never utter ONE bad word at home and it's like a taboo to my family. My dad will just slap us for any abusive words. Now I have a baby and he's 8 months old. I would like to raise my child the way I was been brought up. No swear word! But the problem is my husband keep on using those words even in front of my baby. I keep on telling him don't mention that kind of word in front of the baby but he just ignoring it and still doing it. I get very upset with his behaviour. His tantrum really making me crazy. I'm just afraid that my baby will pick up that behaviour from him and I really don't want that to happen. What do i do?

My baby is turning 8 months old. The problem is he's been having sleepless night for the past 3 months. I really can't figure out why and don't know what to do. I change his diaper and feed him with milk before I go to sleep; that is about 11pm-12am every night, hoping that he will not wake up in the middle of the night. But he still wakes up every night around 2am-4am. This make me really tired coz I have to go to work in the morning. Please help me...thanks!

I was at bus stop somewhere near my office one day, waiting for my husband to pick me up. While waiting there was this guy with his girlfriend (i guess), waiting for a cab or bus. All of sudden that guy just threw an empty ciggie pack in front of me. Then I looked at him. He just ignore like nothing happen, like he didn't do anything wrong. So what I did was, I pick up the ciggie pack and hand it over to him. I said, 'Excuse me, you drop this.' Then he replied, 'Ya, it's empty!!'. Then I showed him that there's a rubbish bin just a few steps from him and ask him to throw in the bin. So he just grabbed the pack and just throw in the bin (i think he was mad at me!) Then I heard the girlfriend said to me, 'How rude!!' Uh? Am I being rude by telling the boyfriend to throw the pack in the bin? I don't understand!

My 7months old baby & I were selected for semi final Star Cover Search (it's a contest for mummy & baby to be on cover of a magazine). The theme is modern & healthy. The semi final will take place at one of the mall in the city and the contest starts at 2pm. I dont want to be overdress and underdress for this event. What should my baby & i wear for the contest? And of course we want to win!

I'm planning to organise an international fashion exhibition that involves top international & local designers, how do i go about it? Will the top designers like donatella versace and all the kind would want to come if i invite them to my event? Should i restrict the event only to the invited guest or open to public? You can find everything on fashion from head to toe in this exhibition i.e. make-up, hair style, accessories etc
