Home networking and modems?
Anyone have any suggestions for what brand/model of modem to buy for a home networking with hi-speed cable internet. Modem will be linked into a 8 port wired Linksys router.

I would see if linksys also provides a modem for sale. It is best to use the same brand for everything, this way it stays easy to setup and wont have any conflicts.

definitely a linksys modem den. they do sell one both adsl and a cable modem. Since u r using a linksys router too.

check this out, they have cable and dsl modems, see if u can find one that will work for you, dont have to buy here just getting the model of the modem, and then u can search around for better prices
