How many calories, fat for cake cone and sugar cones for ice cream? Thanks!

    Unless you are eating 3 and up per day, or unless those are piled up with 2 or 3 scoops of the richest, yummiest, gooiest ice cream ever, don't worry about it. Look at the boxes and get out the calculator out and crunch the numbers or ask the guy/gal at the ice cream counter for their nutritional information and hope nobody is in line behind you? LOL! There are lots of low fat ice/sugar free creams out there. Good luck.

    Ice cream cones can have anywhere from 50cals to 100 extra cals. Just toss the cone.

    depends on the contents......still varies in a range from 22 to 100 cal
