Do you think that diesel will ever be cheaper than gasoline again (in USA)?

When I bought my diesel truck three years ago, diesel was about 40 cents a gallon cheaper, and for the previous 5 years diesel was generally a lot cheaper than gasoline. Is that going to happen again? Why or why not? I know the new ultra-low sulfur standards increase refining costs, but it seems other factors are making it more expensive, too.

The only reason diesel has increased here is because of the light duty diesel market increase. It was $1.19 when I bought mine. and now forget about it. It will never get that low again.
