Looking for a romantic anniversary dinner with vegetarian options in the bay area.?

Looking for a romantic anniversary dinner with vegetarian options in the bay area. With or w/o skyline view, bay view is ok. A little upscale but good food, good service but great ambience. Any suggestions? I have millenium restaurant in mind, but any other suggestion will be good too.

    They show 21 vegetarian restaurants in San Francisco w/ ratings

    menus & prices. If you want out of the city it also has the whole Bay area.
