How can I retreive an ID of someone who wanted to be added to my 360 acct?

I accidentally deleted a request to be added and now I cant find the request - is there a way to retrieve this?

    If you deleted an invite , then it is gone. there is no way to take it back. only you can send invite and tell him/her about that...
