Does going to the GYNOCOLOGIST hurt?

For me, the actual doctor's visit wasn't near as bad as the dreading it because of what my "friends" told me.

I was very tense the first time I went. And I jumped a little which lead to me getting a small pinch. It hurt some, but not too bad. I felt kinda weird for a couple of hours where I got pinched inside, but it wasn't enough to really interfear with my life.

The second time I went i wasn't so nervouse or tense. Everything went smoothly that time.

I know someone telling you to relax doesn't really help, but it really is better if you can.

the first time would nicely be somewhat scary...yet now to not fret it would not damage. it is variety of uncomfortable. the perfect project you may do is take deep breaths and loosen up. once you're stressful it can make you extra uncomfortable. i understand it sounds unwell and disgusting although that's major on your well being. the honestly exam really takes a couple of minutes and it is over....and also you do not could bypass back for an entire 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. reliable good fortune

No. It only hurts when you tighten your muscles and don't relax. Just try to look at the ceiling or talk with the doctor during the exam. It is a short, sweet, and to the point exam.

i dont think it hurts i just dont like the cold feeling when they move arond in there but man its fast i do still feel a litte shame but when its done i feel good because i do it only once a year.
