why isnt weed legal? i dont smoke btw.?

i dont smoke. presumably, they are illegal.

And I don't inhale. Because most people who have never tried it believe the negative things that are repeated over and over. If you tell a lie enough does it become the truth? Our government isn't making money on drugs. It's spending a ton trying to stop them. How's that going? Pot is here because there are plenty of people who like it. Why should alcohol be legal but not pot? When was the last time you saw someone staggering around from smoking a joint, wanting to start a fight? We're getting smoke blown up our butts.

I think a big part of it is there is no way to make money on it.

It should be legal, why are we such babies? I think adults should have freedom to indulge if they want...responsibly like with alcohol.

Look at Denmark, it's legal and the government taxes it.

Well its about control, but weed is bad anyways, the gov't will not let all the pot head activists have any control, and this whole power to the people thing si a lie. For some reason people love to control other people. Its sick and that is what good people are always tryintg to erase in this world, like Gahndi did and others like that, unfortuantely thee is always scum who believe sice they were born and ganged up on weaker people they have a right to control them. even those who have said they love you or pretned to be good, in general they are all evil and just wnatb power over other people no matter how small.

It probably isn't legal because the government makes so much money off it being illegal. So many drug busts, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia. So many tickets written out, so many people sitting in jail because of it. It affects a person no differently than alcohol, and that is legal. It is better for you than cigarettes and those are legal. Who know why really? Coke use to be legal in this country, so this country is a little messed up when it comes to that stuff.

cuz some people are dumb and think weed is like the devil or something that it will make everyone go violent and crazy!!!!!! it's less addicting than soda and coffee so i don't know why they complain when alcohol kills more brain cells than weed and causes thousands of deaths each year................but yea i agree its cuz the gov't doesn't know how to make profit. Thats why they banned it in the 30s in the first place, because it was making tobacco sales go down so they had to make it illegal.

So many people ove it..to me it is human catnip. I really havent a clue. I occasionally have a slim tiparillo....but no ganja for me....i hate it. I see nothing wrong with it for others. Maybr it make us like reggae music or something.

Because I`m sure the goverment will want to profit from it one day with adding a tax on it too.

Because Juan Juan the drug lord man and uncle sam are in cahoots and it keeps more $ in both their pockets if it's not.
