Tell him to get a life. Have you asked him why he does this? You have obviously spoken to him about this and concerned about his actions, so it must be very serious. I agree I think the next step is professional counselling of some kind. There should be local assistance that can help you with your cousin's problem. Good luck.

I think I would do just as you have said and tell him to get help. If he won't then I would stay well away from him as he has a few major problems and you dont want to end up getting caught in the middle of them.

hmmmmmmmmmm sounds like a guy I know.. my boyfriends friend is sorta like that cept he is mean to girls cuz every girl has had, they cheated onhim and all this crap.. so thast whyhe is like that towards them. girls jus ****** him over.but your cousin was probably jus hurt from the rejection and dont know how else to show his anger and doesnt acutally want them toknow it hurts him.

take him to a head shrink before its too late so they can stick his azz in a rubber room with no corners so he cant hurt himself or anyone else

how old is he? it could be a phase, if he is an adult get him some help.
