If you want a career with a Bachelors in biology, you should at least get your Masters, but Phd gives you alot more options. Without a PhD, you could teach high school students or under, work as a tech for a pharmaceutical company or in academia. PhD programs in biology are tough these days due to lack of funding in several areas, which unfortunately, is a larger deal than it should be, but the cause of much stress in a grad student's life. You should apply to programs in cancer, obesity, and diabetes research using molecular and/or bioinformatics techniques since that is where the money is.

if you don't know the reason why you apply to grad school you probably shouldn't be going.
When you apply to a graduate program you should know which specialization you want to choose or at least have a pretty good idea. Which also means that you should apply to places which have particularly strong emphasis in your field or a particular person with a research program which matches your research interest very well.
Given that there are a lot of great grad students in biology who love what they are doing and don't mind working 60 hours a week on their projects, you will compete with those eventually on the job market. You should have a very good idea why you want to get a PhD, if you don't you will probably be better off to take some time out until you know what and why you want to continue formal studying. A lot of people get some lab tech jobs until they decide what to do next. You can always go back later. Students who know what they want do usually a lot better than the clueless.
