legally recording (video / voice) someone?
I may have to go to court for a custody battle and I know I could win if I could show how my husband acts and talks toward me and our child -- otherwise it's just my word against his. I know different states have different laws and I live in Arkansas. Is it legal in that state to set up hidden video and tape recorders to catch him without his knowlege and consent? I heard something on a tv show the other day saying that a police investigation couldn't go forward because they legally couldn't record the person's voice over the phone without informing them they were doing so....which obviously wouldn't help me. Any help would be great! Thanks!
I don't necessarily want to record me having conversations with him -- he does a lot of bad stuff (including drugs) and I would like to show video and stuff of him doing it (I'm never around when he does)....

It's my understanding that you can record a conversation as long as you are one of the people talking. My friend recorded his ex's phone calls to him and then they used that in court against her.
If you were recording two people and neither knew it then you couldn't use it.

I evaluate see you later as you declare that the music does no longer belong to you, and you furnish all credit you will could be ok. If making a determination to hire the different music in simple terms google royalty unfastened music and you would be waiting to apply that music without giving any credit or threat of infringement. good good fortune.
