on Monday at lunch time to be sent through with a PIN Number. They said it would take 3 working days but 'really' when would you expect it to be on your doorstep????

This is a security issue, Most of the time it varies from 3-7 days.

It would take 3 working days to generate the card on their end, PLUS USPS lag times.
I'd expect it the following Monday. Not this week.

I would say Friday - if you asked for it Monday lunchtime it probably wouldn't be sent out to you until the following day, then Friday would be the 3rd working day.

Unless its a bank collection - I would say realistically, Saturday or Monday. Also, no matter how they send them out (i.e. dispatching card and pin at the same time) - one always arrives at least 24hrs ahead of the other!!
