An ounce of prevention beats a pound of cure! Translation: Don't wait til you've got wrinkles to do something about them.

I always encourage my clients to develop a comprehensive skin care routine that encompasses the 5 aspects of healthy skin care as early as possible. The healthier your skin is, the longer you can put off anti-aging products. Somewhere in the late teens to mid 20s we start switching from basic skin care products to basic skin care products with age-fighting properties. We're not adding products, we're simply exchanging their plain cleanser for a cleanser with age-fighting porperties, and so on for the toner, moisturizer, etc. Then depending on the client we start looking at age fighting supplements on an as needed basis between ages 30 and 50. Again, if she's been consistent with good skin care since her early teens, we may not need to look at supplements until she's nearing 50 or 60 whereas if she waited until age 30 to get good with her skin care we may need to start supplements right away.

The best thing you can do is establish and maintain a healthy skin care regimen. Feel free to email if you need personalized recommendations.

Well, you should use a sunscreen/moisturizer everyday starting when you're young, entering your teen years. However, for the more serious wrinkle things, I would say whenever you start to feel that you are aging. Everyone starts at a different point.

Yesterday I was at Walmart (yuck, I know!) and the cashier asked for my ID since I was buying beer. She giggled and said, "Oh, we're born in the same year!" and I honestly thought she was kidding since she appeared to be at LEAST (generous, I thought she could be my mother) 15 years older than I am (I'm 28). Turns out, she was serious! I use an SPF 15 oil-free moisturizer (Neutrogena) everyday and people often confuse me for someone 10 years younger!

Start using anti-aging LOTIONS as soon as possible, it would not be necessary at a young age to use any other kinds of products because those are used to correct things and you would generally not start using those until you start showing signs of aging. But with the moisturizers you will be benefiting your skin before signs are even noticed.

Try B-Kamins products ALWAYS USE SUNSCREEN!

To start using: around mid to late 20s, some lighter anti-ageing is preferred.

The key word is "anti" - aging not age - "reversing". You want to start using it before you start aging so as to prevent it. When do we start aging? AT BIRTH! The sooner you use it the more effect it will have the older you get.

Theres a very similar question to urs on this link...read "Jaded"'s answer it pretty much sums up what i was going to tell you..

    http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=200611...

just remember prevention is key..Drink plenty of water....make sure to always moisturize ur skin..specially if u have dry skin...also always wear some type of SPF 15 to higher when you go out...even if your going out for a llittle bit it doesnt matter just wear some SPF...Also now theres so many moisturizers that have SPF in them.

    Hope this helps =)

well I actually hear that if you're still youngish than you should use a spf 15 or 30 sunscreen...it helps minimize the wrinkles and antiaging can be used anytime after 30 i guess

I think 25-26 is a good time to start. It's not too early, and definitely not late.
