When in doubt throw them out. They are already 6 days old. I'd say use them within 3-4 days.

if they are deep frozen in a good container ,several years

oops ---in the fridge 3 or 4 days is still good ,a lot depends again ,are they in a good container ,does the fridge get opened constantly ?????

your question does not make sense

you say frozen ,(deep freeze),then you say fridge(cold only)

now what do you mean exactly

first frozen then cooked then returned to the FRIDGE

the 3 or 4 days answer

It depends on how much air there is in the storage container.. If you "Seal-A Meal"ed it then it can last 6 months or more... If you put them in a plastic bag and sucked the air out .... maybe 3 to 4 months... If you put them in a Tupperware type container then no more than a month and 1/2 to 2 months...

If you see ice crystals forming on them then it's best to use as soon as possible.

In the fridge, I've always been told to throw something out after a few days, if it has meat in it.

if you have removed the meat balls from the freezer and cooked them before placing them in the fridge i would throw them out immediately there dangerous

I believe 2 or 3 days, and if you let them marinate in soy sauce etc, the flavor will be even greater, or your favorite sauce.
