depends on how bad your feet are!! What I do is i soak them in some warm water with a few drops of lavender oil. After about 20 mins take them out, dry them and use a pumice stone to get all the yucky skin off. Then use a scrub ( i love mixing some sugar and baby oil) and rub it intoyour feet for a minute or two. Rinse them and moisturise. Then put on some socks!! you can get special socks in the body shop that make the mosturiser work even better. I do this about twice a week, but for the first week I would do it 3 times and dont forget to pumice them every night and mosturise them every night. Its alot of work but it has to be done!!

One of the best solutions for soft feet is any lotion/cream, that is peppermint based. The texture and natural oils in peppermint work wonderfully well with feet.

I highly recommend the Body Shop's Peppermint Foot Lotion. Perfect for tired feet and a weekly treatment you will not regret. You do not need to use very much and so your lotion will last a long time. Keep the lotion refrigerated and you (and your feet) and good to go!

When you're in the shower, use a pumice stone to get rid of the dead skin - then apply a cream and put some socks on. I prefer Burt's Bees Coconut Foot Creme or Neutrogena Foot Creme

It is best to soak them first, then use a pumice scrub to remove any dry or hard skin, then apply hemp foot cream from The Body Shop or peppermint foot rescue treatment and then put on a pair of cotton socks, overnight if possible.

    This worked wonders for me.

    Good luck.

Have your doctor write you a prescription for skin "Tissue Softener." Just one or two uses and the bottoms of your feet are noticeably smoother. Then you can just start using regular moisturizer daily and the tissue softener once or twice a week. The only effort is in obtaining the prescription!

    This is my personal experience.

Lightly massage your feet with mustard oil before going to bed & wear socks. Do this daily & you will result within a week

i know is going to sound funny but use a lot of lotion and then put socks do not let the air dry out the lotion, do this if you are using shoes that requires socks, and when you go to sleep, lotion with a lot of aloe in it helps to and make sure you also use lotion on your feet after you shower......bye

You can use a foot soak and put lotion on your feet everyday. At least, that's what I do and it seems to work pretty well.

you can get a pedicure or use a pumus stone. they also have rubs that are kind of like exfoliators that you can rub on your feet and then use the pumus stone to remove excess dry skin

before retiring to bed try rubbing vaseline petroleum jelly all over your feet/toes then wear socks. do this every night, it works on me.
