Dial around long distance services, like 10-10 numbers?
I want to call overseas but not pay Verizon the $2.77/minute they charge. Are there any dial around services that do not require prepay or cards?

this is the best! I have there access number on speed dial....then all you gotta do is punch 2 numbers and the pound sign!

Yes. There are three POST-PAID dial around services I know:
1) A German company 3U has a stand-alone dial around service. See http://www.3utelcom.com/
2) PNG has a dial around service called PowerDial http://www.pngnet.com/powerdial.htm
3) 1010 type of dial around. See http://www.accerisdialaround.com/
Post-paid is a way to go - lowers your risk

i dont think there is. I do know that calling overseas on a cell phone is cheaper than landline rates.
