My primary clients are local charity and public assistance organizations. I clean their clients' homes\apartments, and submit a bill to the organization. It has sometimes taken months to be paid.

Im a very small business, and cant afford to let accounts remain unpaid that long.

My daughters' Pop-Warner cheer class has been cancelled, permanently. It was a noncompetitive class that cheered at events like Utica's Heart Run, or the Boilermaker road race (marathon type event). They were not associated with a team or competing, just cheering for the love of it.

I want to start a class for these girls who have SO much spirit and energy, but don't know where to begin. These are 8 - 12 year olds, some special needs kids, who I want to be able to participate, even if they're in a wheel chair, learning disability, or just new to the sport and need a safe place to start out. My daughter is Autistic, and we found that the activity is great for her, she loves it, and she's good at it.

I have always listened to Pink floyd, Led Zeppelin, and Moody Blues, etc.. I recently have started listening to Massive Attack, the Notwist, Niyaz, and Thievery Corporation. I like music with Arabic, Oriental, and other exotic or unusual sounds. Jazz, rock, spacey $hit, It's all good. Not bothered by, even enjoys the weird and off beat. Down beat, but with a beat, and suitable for relaxing. Any ideas for new music for me to check out would be appreciated, with the most satisfying suggestion rewarded with 10 points. All rewarded with my eternal gratitude, which is still worth nothing really. But you'd have it if you need it anyhow.

My cat is pulling out his fur around the base of his tail, and upper hind legs. He obsessively washes the area. He has dandruff that looks like pepper. He has been treated with Frontline anti flea drops,2 weeks ago, but it made no difference. He is an inside cat, although my other cats are indoor/outdoor. His skin where he's pulled out his fur is very hot. Someone suggested using an athelete's foot/ jock itch medicine

on him, think it's safe? Any advice welcome. Thanks.

I'm buying a new TV, 42", either plasma or LCD.

I've heard that plasma TVs can 'burn out'. I can't afford to buy a set that will burn out in 2 or 3 years, although plasma sets are generally less expensive than LCD.

I like the color and the processing speed on plasma sets better.

The less expensive LCD sets show a kinda ghost like effect when there is lots of movement on screen, and some (when displayed next to other LCD and plasma sets) seem to be a half second or so delayed in their video and audio playback. I can't have that delay because the set will be used for gaming,too.

Some LCDs have technology to prevent this.

You guys who have plasma and/or LCD TVs, which do you think is better, and why?

Downloaded a tru-type font (BodieMFFlag.ttf) but can't find it on the list in notepad. How can I get it onto the list of usable fonts? Thanks!!

I want to upgrade my daughter's computer from WinME to 2000 or XP for free. I have a computer running XP and laptops running Vista. I have not used my 'make back up discs' option on my XP machine yet if that helps. The ME machine is not internet capable yet, which is part of the reason I want to upgrade to a version of Windows that is compatable with all my other gear. It's an old computer, and not worth purchasing a new OS, but perfect for a kid to E-mail and collect music. Any help appreciated, thanks!

I have a bug bite about as big as a silver dollar, irregular shape, right in the middle of my forehead. I have an even bigger one on the base of my neck. And a third on my elbow, so big it has become hard to bend it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Can I just have a coil or two cut from the springs, (I know I'll have to flatten out the coil at the cut to get it to seat properly on the top of the shock) or can I buy a stiffer, but shorter spring to fit over the shock? I need to lower the rear of the bike about 4 " and didn't want to use the kits that just lower the bottom shock mount since they don't change the amount of suspension travel, just lower the bike and allow it to bottom out on rough roads and steep driveways. Any help/ideas welcome.

We are raising a beautiful daughter, 8 years old, with Autism. My wife spent the morning screaming at her for crap like getting dressed, brushing teeth, and leaving an ice cream sandwich from school in her lunch box (it made a minor mess, but I cleaned it up). She went totally ballistic when I was giving daughter drops (getting over pink eye), daughter handled the drops just fine, but wife felt she had to hold daughter down, daughter screamed a short, but loud scream. She stopped as soon as she was let up.

After daughter got on bus, I asked if wife was mad at daughter for something. She said that daughter was a wimp, she'll never be able to play with other kids, that she's spoiled because we do everything for her. When wife was daughter's age, she "was beating up boys". My wife has always had jealousy issues with our daughter, but this is way over the top. Daughter is well behaved for me, popular, and a tough kid. I dont see wifes point. Is wife unreasonable, or am I overprotective?

Every time I have the media player search for new files only, it finds the sound effects from a couple (not all) games. I delete them from the playlist, but have to keep them in the computer for the game to work. The next time I have the player search for new files only, it finds the sound effect files again.

How can I keep the player from reloading the unwanted files every time it searches for new files?

My 7 year old daughter is a very high functioning autistic child. She's getting great grades in regular school, is a beautiful kid, and generally a very happy kid, despite having a few communications problems. She is a tough kid, never bothered by scraping her knee or falling down, etc. She does cry easily if someone forgets to put her favorite scarf or mittens in her backpack when she comes home from school or if she feels like her schedule has been changed without warning her in advance.

Some of the bigger kids on the bus have been teasing her because she whines and cries easily and often. By often, I mean comes home crying about once or twice a month. She has a long bus ride, and it must be hellish to put up with that much teasing every day.

So my question is what, if anything should I do to try to curb the teasing? It has become bad enough that the bus driver has her sit in the front of the bus to protect her.

I want to call overseas but not pay Verizon the $2.77/minute they charge. Are there any dial around services that do not require prepay or cards?

I can't remove the tank, but can barely reach under to where the fitting is. Leak is very slow now, with 1/4 tank of fuel, but I need to seal it. Would fiberglass resin be a good choice? Or something like paint on truck bed liner? Tank was recently replaced, but has this small leak. Thanks!

I'm replacing my fuel oil tank. It has two 3/8" lines coming out of the top of tank running to the pump on the furnace. One enters the pump at the bottom of the pump, the other at the side of the pump. Both lines, once removed, appear to go almost all the way to bottom of tank.

One must be a supply line to the furnace, is the other also a supply line, or a return? If its a return, how do I determine which is which? There is no external filter to indicate which may be a supply, but I would like to install one while I'm doing the exchange of tanks. Any advise greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I am rebuilding an old bike (one of those 'get it out of my yard and you can have it' deals). It runs great now, but I need a left crankcase cover, handlebar controls (work, need replacing), a seat, and various other little details. I live near Utica, NY but will drive as far south as Cooperstown, north as far as Watertown, west as far Chittinango, and east as far as St Johnsville.

I've shocked it, and replaced about a third of the water. is there a way to get really dirty water clean again?
