Are Dreams Like Premonitions?
Call it wishful thinking, but I had a dream that my boyfriend proposed. Do you think this could be a premonition?

Probably not...but that doesn't mean he won't...dreams are usually triggered by things we are feeling and hoping...so you may be hoping it will occur and dreamt about it...or he may be giving you subtle clues, that you are only subconsciously picking up on, and thus you dreamt about it.

Some times dreams can be premonitions. Look at the Bible, dreams was a way that God communicated with people. That's how a few people knew that they'd had to leave where they were and more. This may just be a dream, it may also be wishful thinking; you know, you want him to propose so you dreamt about it. Something must have triggered the dream. But it could also be something that's about to happen. All i can tell you is to wait and see what happens...

You evidently have this subject in your thoughts, either consciously or otherwise. Your mind processed it by kicking the theme around during dream time.
Dreams aren't premonitions, dear. If they were, a whole lot of us guys would be close to Angelina Jolie, if you know what I mean.
