Palladium in rings?

There is this new metal they use to make rings: Palladium - they say it is more scratch proof than white gold and will keep its luster longer. It costs about the same. Do you think it is as valuable as white gold or more so?

Palladium is a jeweler's grade stainless steel. It doesn't bend or scratch, and it should not cost near as mush as white gold. My class ring is made out of palladium, and it's amazing, it cost half as much as white gold and it's not all scratched like my frien'ds is......palladium is awesome

If it costs about the same as white gold, then the value is about the same.
