This doesn't completely fix it, but I put on a moisturizer then go without underwear for a day or so. NOT FUN!! But it does help. Shave with the direction of hair growth, not back against it. I would love to have them removed(Lazer), but unfortunately, that's expensive too.

If you find out let us all know... waxing is better but this problem does still occur a little, ut this is not for the faint hearted, I think it hurts like hell, would rather go through labour!!! Try plucking with tweezers last about a week if you have the time to do it, would recommend doing it in nice warm bath doesn't hurt so much either and also the hair grows back a lot finer too after a time of doing it, but again when the hair does start to grown back again the bumps.
Best of luck, lets hope they get a home laser device out soon girls eh!!! or reduce the cost of it at least!!

That Tom guy above me is rediculous... Anyway, I let mine grow out for a week before I shave it again bc if I try to do it every day or every other day I get the bumps too. I use a Venus Razor and shaving cream. I start from the side and work my way in using small strokes. and then I touch up any spots I missed. Do not use any hair removal creams like Nair..it burned me and it did not feel good!

Sounds like you have sensitive skin, which means you should NOT shave there - ever. Trimming won't hurt. Waxing is pulling the hairs out by the roots - that will really do a number on your skin. Think big red sore blotches.
Being bald down there is really out of fashion anyway - most people came to realize that bumps and rashes and zits are decidedly unsexy. Keep your hair very clean - but keep it!

I would suggest take of the long hair first with scissors if you still want it shorter then use a trimmer, if you Want it all gone take a sitz bath lather up and with a
mirror in one hand and a razor in the other go to town.
If you ask me I would tell you just go as far as the trim, I know the razor is
incomfortable and icthy when the hair starts growing back.

My Grandmother told me that after you shave, of course shave in the direction of the hair growth, but also cleanse the area with witch hazel. You can buy it at target or walmart!

There's this cream called BikiniZone that you can buy in pharmacies. Even Wal-Mart carries it. You apply it after shaving. It helps a little.

I would suggest that the next time you and your b/f get in the mood get him to shave you. As he can see what he is doing it will take less cutting strokes therefore less irritation. And the sex will be great after won't it? But hey I'm just a fella, with a steady hand!
