What legal things can I do to annoy the heck out of my neighbor?

Go to the libarary and gather up all the subscription cards you can from the magazine section. Send them all out with your neighbors info on them, with bill me checked.

when they go get their mail or news paper sing really really bad or talk for a really long time about absolutly nothing and dont let them leave, and if you are in a apartment get on the elevator with them and sing and talk really loud on your cell phone about crude stuff like for example, talk about what you had removed last tuesday, that always works!!

Go over and say you are sorry. Problems need to resolved wisely.
