Yes you can. Follow these insructions:-
Open the Paint application (of Win OS)
Open the word document.
Select the text you want to convert to jpg. If the entire document is to converted, then select the entire document by pressing the keys Ctrl + A or Edit - > Select All.
Copy the selected text by pressing the keys Ctrl +C or Edit -> Copy.
Goto the Paint application.
Goto Edit and click on Paste.
Once the contents have been pasted, Save the Paint document as a .jpg file by clicking File -> Save As and select JPEG as the type of document.

How are you?
I think i know what you are asking. According to me, you are asking to change the extn. o the .doc file to .jpg, so that the file can be encrypted.
I so, then kindly follow the process below:-
firstly you need to go on folder option, over there, there would be an option to hide extn., you need to untick that field. Now all you have to do is, that rename the document file from Word.Doc to Word.Jpeg
you are done!! the file is converted to jpeg in an encrypted form.

Just press the button "PRT SC" it means print screen and this button is on ur keyboard after that open ur paint in ur computer
and go to edit and click on paste
and now ur screen shot is in paint cut it as much u want and save as jpg
that's it

Since a word document is a bunch of words with formatting, and a JPG is a picture, your request makes very little sense.
However, you could just take a screenshot of the document opened onscreen... assuming it fits into a single page...

You could print the DOC file and then scan the print and then it would be saved as a jpeg
