Can living with a pregnant woman cause symptoms?

I live with a woman who is pregnant and suddenly I am having symptoms too! I know that females who spend alot of time together have the same cycles, so is it so far-fetched? It is possible that I am also pregnant but I took a test and the result was negative. Have any women out here experienced other women's symptoms while spending alot of time with them?

Yes it can it is sympathy issues, subconiously your bieing in close proximity with them (especially if your empathetic) will cause some symptoms simular to that of pregnancy, its fairly common, if you feel concerned visit the doctor with them and discribe it to them. The love to hear about it and get a kick out of it, and will probley give you some pointers as to how to kick the empathetic feelings.

Yes. When my friend got pregnant, I could swear I was pregnant too because i had all the symptoms. But I took a test and it was neg. I eventually quit having the symptoms.

That's perfectly normal. My ex gained 35 pounds with his first child, so if guys can feel the pregnancy symptoms, I'm sure women can too! That and menstral cycles do have very similar symptoms as pregnancy at times, maybe yours is now keyed into that so the symptoms seem stronger than before.

Yes it is possible to "emmulate" being pregnant when you live with a pregnant woman. There are men who will gain weight, have back aches, even swollen tired feet, they also get cravings. I have an uncle that was so bad that he actually went into "labor" in the waiting room of the hospital while my cousin was being born.

No, I haven't experienced anything similar. I suspect you're having sympathy symptoms. Being around a pregnant woman has made you much more aware of your overall health.

well when I was pregnant my husband gained all the weight, and had most of the pain. But I have never heard of a friend having all those things. Maybe you are just too close to that situation.

you will possibly desire to ok be pregnant. i think of the term "morning ailment" is misunderstood with the aid of fact no longer all women human beings fall sick contained in the morning. some fall sick in the time of the day. in any case, while i became into pregnant, there have been many circumstances in the time of the full day i might experience nauseous, yet did no longer via up. that's superb to attend one/2 weeks of you missed era and pass to the standard practitioner (when you consider that hpt do no longer respond nicely for you).
