Hooking up electronics together.?
I'm trying to hook up an Rca Tv,Fortec Satellite dish,Sony receiver and a Citizen Dvd player,can someone walk me through how to go about doing this please.

not much to go on since we don't know much about the sony reciever but typically.
Fortec-Video out to TV video in 1 (either RCA or svideo)
DVD-video out to tv video in 2 (either RCA or svideo)
fortec Audio left and right to Sony Receiver
DVD Audio left and right to sony receiver
Now you just select the sony receiver to hear what you want in stereo and you select the video to view.
Naturally you'll want the correct audio to go with the right video-I'll leave that up to you.
Now some recievers handle video switching as well-since you didn't state the model-this is the most simplistic setup
