generic ink cartridge for epson stylus printer?
i bought genric ink cartridges for my epson printer/scanner and it prints blanks. epson's tech support told me the printer will not accept generic ink cartriadges. is that true?

If that's what they say....then it must be true.
I don't know "genric" but I use compatibles with my Epson and they work ok. You could try downloading a handy utility for Epson printers (I use it, as/when needed). It's called SSC Utility http://www.ssclg.com/epsone.shtml
