Why does Yahoo! edit things without even being aware of the context?
I tried writing summa *** laude, but every time I write "***" and not "cumm" or something like that, it replaces it with asterisks. I mean, how wrong is it to talk about graduating with a 3.80+ GPA in college?

congratulations! Yahoo is probably letting a computer do its editing without having a person look at it at all.

I find that hard to believe, as I just moments ago, saw 2 references in a row that start with the letter f and end with the letter k, and there were no asterisks whatsoever... maybe they're just after you...

I feel your pain. I know there are a few words that go to auto asterisk but others do not. Last weekend there were gobs of penis questions all in very bad taste and they say up all weekend.
