What is the best way to apply for a job in a Las Vegas Casino?

I am looking for more of a administrative job at the casino.. Is it better to post my resume and apply online or go into the casino?..any advice would be helpful:)

    Apply online. If you spend the time and money to go into the casino, you will only find that they will instruct you to apply on their website. So save yourself the energy and money, and apply from home. Good Luck!!!

    apply online if that's an option--if not go to the casino and ask for the human resources department and just drop off a copy--good luck!

    Pick a couple Casino's and go in person. If they like you at the get go, you can be ushered right in for an interview.

    Seriously.. Go to dealer School.. and go from there.
