What is the funniest thing you saw on the ice during a hockey game?

Philadelphia Phantoms vs. Chicago Wolves during the 2004-05 Calder Cup playoffs. Can't remember the players but a Phantom checked a Wolves forward into the bench area. The player landed backwards.

Technically, anything the "Mites on Ice" do is funny too.

when somewone was singing the natiol anthom one guy slipped and fell which made the next guy fall and then the singer fell and pulled the microphone out of its amp and she tried again an a buncha collage guys throgh hats on the ice. also one guy fell into the opposing teams goal and ripped the netting off. another is once in a high school game it was tied 4-4, 1:00 in the 3rd and this guy shot the puck on net from the other end and the goalie was playing with snow and let it in. There was another time when the ref spit on somewone when they got on the ice. right on the face. then she beat up the ref, and got suspended. it was hillarious!!!!!!

I didn't actually see this live, but on tape as it involves myself. We were playing in a Conference High School game and I was being harrassed by an opposing player just a little too much. I decided that I would put that kid throught he boards, even if it meant a game misconduct. My chance arrived and as I lined him up for his impending visit to never-never land, he ducked, and I ran my head straight in to the glass, knocking myself out cold with a grade 3 concussion. I didn't remember much at the time and was only made aware of my grave misjudgment via a team blooper reel inwhich my plight was played over and over much to the enjoyment of the rest of the squad.

I was at a Blackhawk game and a fight broke out between everyone on the ice, bench brawl I could say, Before the Ref dropped the puck to start the game. it was hilarious

I was playing in a game where the opponents wore black arm bands tied on their arms to denote that game's captain and alternates. One of the arm bands fell off and our defenseman went after it thinking it was the puck and a goal was scored.

Another time I was playing defense and skated behind an opposing center just as a pass was hitting him in the slot. I lifted his stick from behind but the puck hit my skate and went into the net. The whole arena saw me lift his stick and only I knew it went off my skate.

at a Penguins game once Jeff Reed, the kicker from the Steelers who has long spiky hair, was in the stands...and a pic came on the jumbo-trom of him and the yu-gi-oh character with the huge hair and the title was "Look-a-Like?"
