knees buckling during workout?
I just started working out again, and bought a new elliptical. I am not overweight at all, just out of shape, and my knees are buckling constantly during my workout. They never buckle at the same time, so I can always catch myself before falling, but i'm still nervous. Does anyone know why this is, just weak knees?

You are clearly doing more than you are capable of doing...slow down..it is NOT a knee issue it is a fitness or maybe a balance issue..

You need to strengthen your knees first. Leg pressses are the way to go. Slowly you can add Lunges, Hamstring curls, squats, etc to incr4ease the tendons and ligaments in the knee joint
