Need A BooK!!?
I have read a few books in my life. Camus, Dostoyevsky, Marquez' yeah they are all great but i need something with a very modern and creative style. I like books by Palahniuk becuase of his nonlinear plot lines and creative style. So any suggestions.

I've heard that Dave Eggers uses a great deal of self-referential technique in "A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius" but I haven't read it myself. "The Curious Incident of the Dog in Night-Time" looks interesting stylistically. "Ulysses" by James Joyce is, of course, amazing (though its not exactly "new"). Another incredible style is that of Marcel Proust's "In Search of Lost Time" collection, "Swann's Way" being the first. That's the best I can offer now - I usually read older books like the ones you mentioned earlier. Good luck.

You should read Moravagine by Blaise Cendrars. It ain't modern but it's so much better than modern, so ultra-modern it will blow your mind. Better than all of those guys.
Btw, Garcia Marquez' best friend Mutis is way better than him. The Adventures & Misadventures of Maqroll is a fantastic modern book containing seven novellas about Maqroll that is amazing.
Also, anything by Jim Christy.

I recommend taking a look at the titles put out by Atlas Press in the UK and Exact Change published by Damon and Naomi of Galaxie 500
