Administrator is not allowing me to install MSN?

Lol its FOR SCHOOL! That is why you have no administrator privileges. They dont want you chatting on it. You cant log into the administrator account because it is password protected and probably hidden from you! Do not bother to find out because only the school IT guy knows this. Maybe you should try and seduce him and he'll give u the password Lol. The reason you got no control panel, again, because its been disabled to your user. They dont want you messing around with the settings of the computer, and in control panel thats what you do. That's why its called CONTROL panel. Do not bother... sorry

Ya if you are the administrator and have the password! They set it up that way so you CANT MESS WITH IT. You are probably set up on it as a guest or a user. This way you cannot change any of the setting since you are not the administrator!!! B.I.G.P.O.P.P.A. love the answer I'm still laughing from it you hit it on the head!!!!!

DAN G you dont even have to do that just open it up take out the C-MOS battery and wait 10 minutes this clears the pass word and resets the bios settings back to default! Whoops are are not suppose to know that!!!!

As all people over here telling you is u don't have admin rights to do any thing this that's why u wont be able to see Control panel because you are a user & thi is because for security so that students can learn & study & cant install games & chhat through messenger. But still u need somthing to get installed u need to take help from your school authority I hope so.
