This question is for teachers and their experiences at Faculty meetings?

Hi, I am a teacher and I would like to hear your stories and anecdotes about any funny, absurd, bizarre, strange incidents at any faculty meeting where you work.

Faculty meetings are notoriously boring. Ours are ridiculously early in the morning. One teacher fell asleep and began to snore LOUDLY. Did we wake him up, NOPE. In fact we tip toed out of there and waited until the bell rang and he got up with start and bolted out of the door.

Where I work we had to have a teacher's meeting on a Friday. It wasn't long, but the fact that it was Friday, and we all had a paycheck in our hands ready to go cash made us not want to be there that much more. Before our principal got into anything that he had to say to us he said something to this effect, "I realize that its Friday, and I appreaciate you staying. However it could be worse. You could be pregnant!" I cracked up.
