  • My dad live in Cleveland in the late 40's - early 50's in a house on Hough Ave.?

He hasn't been back since he left when he was 12 years old. What's that part of Cleveland like now compared to what it was like then?

  • Is Chipper Jones rookie card worth anything?

I'm just curious because I found his 1991 Upper Deck card today when I was going through my cards from when I was a kid. It says "Top Prospect" on it, and the only stats on the back are for when he play for the Gulf Coast team the previous season. Maybe I'm assuming its a rookie card.

  • Ojon hydrating thickening products???

I've recently bought a shampoo/conditioner set of Ojon's Hydrating Thickening line to see if it does what it claims to do. Has anyone else tried it? What was your result? Do you recommend anything over this or other products in this line?

  • This is for adults that grew up with Sensory Integration Disorder.?

How old were you when you first noticed you were having sensory trouble? How old were you when you became old enough to harness or handle sensory overstimulation? Did you ever "grow out of" certain things? How long did you receive OT? Do you remember how you used to act how as a child when you became over stimulated and couldn't handle the situation? How did this play on you school performance? Did you see yourself ahead/behind others in your class? Did you catch on to things more slowly than other children (ex. potty training, holding a pencil, etc...)? Were you socially behind other kids? Were you prone to tantrums?

My son is 4, and has Sensory Integration Disorder. I just want a better understanding of what is going on. I've read things, but I'm wondering if some other things that I'm noticing in him is a result of his disorder or if it may be something else. Any information is helpful.

  • Have you heard Bucky Covington's song that's been playing on CMT? What do you think of it?

I can't believe how many of last year's American Idol's Top 12 are coming out with CDs this year.

I really like Bucky's song, by the way.

  • Some things about the way the tax system works seems unfair to me. Check out this scenario.?

A family that I know just got their taxes filed. They are a low income family (less than $20,000 yearly), and they draw food stamps. They have two children. Obviously they didn't pay out a whole lot in taxes because they didn't make it to tax. Still their return was for approximately $6,000. That's not a typo!! My question is how come families that earn a respectable living, do not bum off of the government, and pay out the butt in taxes always run the risk of getting hammered come tax time?

  • People in Ireland that's of "Collins" ancestry I need your help. This is a longshot.?

My great grandfather (five "greats" back) was named Patrick Collins. He was born is Ireland around the year 1755 from everything that I've found. I've never found a county or town that he might have came from. That's one of the things I've been searching for, and have come up empty. Around 1780 he came to America, to Fredrick, Maryland, maybe as an indentured servant. He married Elizabeth Pepper a few years later. He finally settled in Washington County, Virginia where he bought a farm. That's where he died supposedly. I can't find anymore information on him past the U.S. 1790 Census. Would anyone in Ireland have him tucked away in their family tree somewhere. I know this is a longshot, and any SERIOUS answer would be greatly appreciated. Maybe somewhere in Ireland I could try to find this person in public records?

  • Why does my cat do his business on my bathroom rugs with a clean litter box right beside him?

Rather than step into his litter box, that stays clean because I know how picky cats are, he'll crap on my bathroom rugs with his litter box not a foot away from him. Is it a territorial thing? Would he stop if I bought new rugs? I'd have already thrown his butt outside, but he's declawed. I hate having to keep my bathroom rugs folded over all the time because of the little stinker.

  • What was the 80's TV show Riptide about?

I remember watching the TV show Riptide as a kid. I can remember the guys on the boat, and even that little robot that they had around as their sidekick. I think he was orange. However, for the life of me I can't remember what the general storyline of the show was.

  • Have you ever heard of Sensory Integration Disorder?

For any occupational therapists that work with these children, or for preschool/primary teachers that may have or have had a student like this, I want to know more about it. What do you do for them? I've heard its like sending a child to speech therapy. It just works itself out. How long does it take usually?

  • I need help remembering the name of an 80's television show.?

I can't give a whole lot of detail, as I was only about 10 years old when the show was on. I only remember one of the characters had the name McAllister. He wasn't terribly young from what I remember either. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks.

  • When will the Cleveland Browns finally realize that they are drafting players for the wrong positions?

I think its been obvious to America that the Browns haven't had an offensive line since they've came back in 1999. For some reason they keep drafting players like Courtney Brown and William Green. I'm not putting Courtney Brown by any means, and I hated to see William Green leave too despite his personal troubles. However, the Browns have fellas to run the ball. The QB has no time to get rid of the ball because there's never been an offensive line to speak of. When will the organization wake up and realize what the country has already figured out? Or am I completely off the mark?
