Door hinge. It really does rhyme, though it doesn't make a good poem. Silvers got nothing though, neither does purple or month.

Orange is one of those words that famously has nothing perfectly to rhyme with it. The other one is silver. However, the Oxford Rhyming Dictionary does show both these words as having half-rhymes (such as lozenge with orange and salver with silver), and 'sporange' may be an acceptable rhyme with orange.

The principle of a half-rhyme in these cases is quite simple. Whereas a full and stressed rhyme (e.g. hand / stand) or even an unstressed rhyme (such as handing / standing) contain vowels that are common to both words, a half-rhyme like orange / lozenge or silver / salver (technically speaking, pararhymes) has obvious differences between vowels in certain syllables.

“Sporange” isn’t in most dictionaries. It does appear in Webster’s Third Unabridged and in the enormous Oxford English Dictionary, both of which say it’s a variant of “sporangium,” a botanical term. Webster’s Third gives two pronunciations for “sporange”: the one you’d expect and “spuh-randj,” with the accent on the second syllable. “Spuh-randj” is the only pronunciation given in Oxford. So although “sporange” looks as if it rhymes with “orange,” whether it really does is debatable.

The word "orange" and "purple" do not rhyme with any other words in the English language...."silver" however, does have imperfect rhymes with words such as river.....
