Patriots fans---stadium help???

Hi, our kids are finally old enough to take to a Pat's game, so I bought tickets for hubby last May and we're going this weekend. Hooray!

I have read what is posted on the Gillette site, I'm asking for tips from people who have been before.

What should I know about parking? I know they tell you where to park, but is it "first in, first out"? Is there a really good "off site" spot? Is there an "off site" spot to AVOID?

Are there any tips/suggestions to make it easier for young kids?

The game was moved from 1pm to 4pm, so we will be there at supper and after dark instead of daytime so any "insider" suggestions would be welcomed.

Thanks for any ideas.

I have been to 2 Pats games, and here is my advice:

Do not park in the parking lots. It will take at least 2 hours to get out at the end of the game. No Joke. Park in one of the available lots coming up to the stadium. It will cost less, and u will have to walk, but it is worth it, trust me.

Also: Make sure to get the kids comfortable in the seats, and if it turns out to be a blowout either way (I assume your seeing the Bears game), then you should leave early, so as to avoid the heavy traffic ensuing the game. Food is a good idea, and it is also good to leave early to ensure your arrival before kickoff. Also: Get into the game! Yell! Boo! Lose your voice and have a good time. I unfortunately went to one of the Pats few losing games but still had a hell of a blast. That's all the advice I can give you. Have a good time and GO PATS

you might want to get a parking spot early because there are a lot of people who go to those games. The parking during a game is very hard to find so you might have to just park at the staduim. To make it easier for young kids you might want them to be closer to you because at times they can get lost between all the people so i suggest you carry them if they are small. This is coming from a pats fan. who has been to both gillette and foxborough stadium

Alright, I live in Seattle, so I can't really help you there. But, I would suggest bringing a lot of money to buy food for the kids because I would imagine that they will be whining of hunger, or, you can try sneaking in small snacks like crackers and whatnot like I do. Anyways, living in Seattle, you don't meet many Patriots fans. Of course the Hawks are still my team, but the Pats are way up there with them. Go PATRIOTS!! Hope you guys enjoy the game.

Never been there but it will be cold in Newengland so dress really warm...dont try to by much inside the stadium because it will be expensive. Just limit yourself to a few snacks nothing big like a pizza or anything.

it particularly is the emblem of Gillette Stadium....the pyramid looking factor with the sparks popping out of it? that's the tower on the stadium. i think of that's what you're speaking approximately; there is one on the two part of the sphere.

It's sad to expose young children to such a lame football team.

Dont go to a Patriots game, go to a Spartans game! Patroits suck!
