How do I remove the cylinder from a Colt single action revolver ?. It's a 22LR.?

    There is a knurled pin under the barrel.Pull your hammer back to the second "click".Push the pin toward the muzzle.The cyl. should fall out.

    set the hammer to a half cock so the cylinder moves freely then make sure loading gate is open and pull a pin forward whish is by the barrel all the way out

    set the hammer on the loading step , the middle notch

    depress the cylinder base pin latch (left side of frame in front of cylinder)

    pull out the base pin (the rod that the cyinder rotates on) toward the front of the barrel

    open the loading gate and roll out the cylinder toward the right
