LOVED IT!! i added it to my favorites!!

I'll be frank: it doesn't look good. I'm talking about the design here, not your content (I haven't read it).

2 main design errors:

- scrolling text: avoid this practice as it makes your text harder to read.

- bad background/text combination: text is quite hard to read. Increase contrast between background and text.

The advice I always give to beginners when it comes to web design: KISS (= Keep It Simple Stupid). I know you're tempted to use flashy colors, animated image, scrolling text, etc. but use these only where it makes sense and as little as possible. Otherwise you'll quickly cross the line between good practice and bad taste.

Anyway, keep working on it, practice makes perfect :)

Since I doubt you would be the type to code from scratch, go and use Macromedia Dreamweaver.
